This transfer case sprocket bearing is an OE-style replacement for select Jeep CJ7, SJ, and J-Series models equipped with a Quadra-Trac transfer case.
Designed for the front drive sprocket, the bearing may also be used as a front or rear differential bearing where applicable. It replaces 8122390 and interchanges with 18678.03.
