This PORC 37 tooth long shaft speedometer gear is designed for select Jeep vehicles equipped with Dana 300 and NP231 transfer cases. It helps correct speedometer readings after changes to tire size or axle gear ratio.
The long shaft design installs into the transfer case speedometer housing as a direct replacement for compatible applications. Use the speedometer gear chart below to match your actual tire height and axle ratio to the correct gear tooth count.
