07-18 Jeep JK Wrangler Front Axle Lower Steering Knuckle Gusset Kit

Weld-on Knuckle Gussets from JKS Manufacturing eliminate bending of the inner knuckles on the front axles of Wrangler JK models. These heavy-duty profiled gussets are welded directly to the inner knuckles and axle tubes to dramatically increase inner knuckle strength while extending the life of ball joints. Knuckle Gussets are laser cut from 5/8” thick steel to guarantee precise fitment on factory Dana 44 or Dana 30 front axles. They are strongly recommended for all vehicles that are driven off-road, and provide the JK owner with peace of mind when running tires that are 35” or larger. Don’t wait until your inner knuckles start to bend as it may be too late to salvage your current axle housing. Install these gussets before problems occur to avoid the expense of swapping in a new housing.
These weld-on gussets are available for the upper and lower portion of the steering knuckle. Whenever possible, the upper and lower gussets should be installed together for maximum strength and reinforcement. Alternatively, the upper gussets can be installed by themselves on lightweight applications in which ground clearance cannot be compromised.
