Product Overview

This PORC front Dana 44 pinion yoke kit brings together the major components used when replacing or servicing the front pinion yoke on select 1981-1991 Jeep SJ and J-Series applications equipped with a Dana 44 front axle.

Built around the 83503388 26-spline pinion yoke, this version also includes a genuine Spicer 5-153X 1310 Series U-joint. The yoke uses a strap-and-bolt retention design and accepts a 1310 Series U-joint measuring approximately 3.219" wide with 1.062" bearing caps.

The kit also includes the matching front pinion seal, pinion nut, and U-joint strap hardware. Common Crown/OE, Omix, Dana-Spicer, and Yukon reference numbers are listed below to make identification and application verification easier.
