C Clip Super 35 w/Detroit

The stock Dana 35C in a Jeep is more than capable that handling mild off-roading with stock tires. It becomes an issue when installing larger tires and doing more serious off-roading. The major down fall of the Dana 35 Jeep axle is that they have 27 spline axle shafts. Alloy USA has created their Ultimate 35 kit with 4340 Chromoly 30 spline axles. With this upgrade, you have now removed the weak leak in a Dana 35C. This is also a better cost-effective option instead of going out and buying new more expensive axle assemblies. Kit will only fit Jeep Wrangler YJ/TJ 91-05 with a Dana 35c rear that has C-Clips. Will not work with any other Jeep axle. Your gears need to also be 3.55 and up for this kit to fit.
